Make sure you file this feature in the maemo channels i.e. http://maemo.org/community/wiki/roadmapwishlist/

Just copy&pasting this text in a new wiki page and linking it in the wishlist would be enough. In fact you coul even link from the wishlist here, as far as you leave comments open.
